Chicken Pox

Zerlynde was born with perfect complexion, fairer than anybody I have ever seen. Her nickname has since predictably been Snow White. However, I counted earlier today no less than 13 red spots on her face! No thanks to Chicken Pox. No wonder she was rolling uncomfortably in bed on Friday night!

Talk about bad timing! Her chicken pox immunisation is one and a half months away. And she must have caught the virus about 2 weeks ago at around her 1st birthday! On top of that, we were all booked to spend the weekend at Golden Sands. We missed
that, and we missed Mia's 1st birthday party too.

Doctor Rama of GMC prescribed her an anti-viral medicine Zovirax which apparently if taken in the initial stage is able to help speed up the patient's recovery. So, let's see if that works.
