Thank God the Dark Clouds Have Shifted

The months of May and June this year have been most trying for me. I have had to make difficult choices, to reflect on life's purposes and to contemplate death, even.

During this period of bad weather, I have had the good fortune of being surrounded by many good friends and loved one, who offered and supported me with words of comfort and actions of kindness. I have never felt so cared for in all my life.

So, despite the dark clouds, I will always remember these Summer months of 2009 with deep gratitude and as the beginning of a new life for me.
